Evocation was an experimental program that involved the development of large devices that emitted a field of radiant energy, allowing apparitions at a range to manifest into the physical world. They were supposed to be a new breed of soldiers who could combat the Colossus without human lives being risked until the program was abandoned by HERO along with emulation for the more successful Champions program.
